Well Lessons are well and truly under way online. Fantastic class tonight with so many of you on!
Great to see you all trying so hard in these difficult times and over 40 of you training online, lets keep this going while we are on lockdown.
We have had some new ones join us and some have just come up from Lil Dragons. Everyone did fantastic as sensei started the class with a great warm up moving on to basics. Joe Wicks has nothing on Sensei!! With the fitness he did at the end of class lol!!
It was good to work on the basics as they are such an important part of karate that is often forgot about. Your basis effect your combinations, kata and even kumite.
