Refund Policy

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once a place has been booked and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, injury, travel disruption, or personal circumstances. However, in the unlikely event that the course or event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. If the event is rescheduled, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date being announced.
